Do you work with both Mac and Windows environments?
For Individuals and Families
Yes. We can help you even if your home uses both Macs and Windows PCs. This includes setting up shared photos, documents, email accounts, family calendars, and secure backups across both systems.
For Small and Medium Businesses
Yes. We regularly support teams that run a mixed environment of Macs and Windows PCs. We handle integrations for email and calendars, shared drives, printers, Teams, Outlook, device management, and the everyday cross-platform workflows your staff rely on.
We also offer remote support for a wider set of business needs, such as:
- New employee onboarding and offboarding
- Security reviews and safer remote work setups
- Cloud storage organisation and shared folder permissions
- Collaboration tools setup for hybrid teams
- Apple Business Manager and MDM basics
- Backup planning for single users or entire departments
- Network hygiene checks for small offices
If your business needs reliable remote assistance across both platforms, we can build a plan that fits your workflow.
Can you really help me/us remotely? How does that work?
Absolutely. Most issues can be solved remotely using a secure video call and, when needed, a privacy-respecting remote-access tool.
You’ll book a session, join the call, and we’ll guide you through everything — or take control safely to fix the problem directly.
What remote-access tool do you use? Is it safe?
For Individuals and Families
We use trusted, privacy-focused remote-access tools that let you see every action on your screen. You approve the connection, you can disconnect at any moment, and nothing stays installed afterward unless you explicitly choose it. This keeps the session simple, transparent, and safe.
For Small and Medium Businesses
We use secure, enterprise-grade remote-access tools suitable for mixed Mac and Windows environments. Your team can monitor the session in real time, and every connection requires clear approval.
For businesses that need regular maintenance or faster response times, we also offer optional unattended access. This lets us handle updates, troubleshooting, or scheduled tasks outside your working hours, with strict controls on what devices and functions are included.
Small businesses often rely on us for tasks such as:
- Scheduled system health checks
- Updating software and security settings
- Monitoring backup status
- Preparing new devices before they reach staff
- Troubleshooting user issues without interrupting meetings
- Managing fleets of Macs through Apple Business Manager or MDM tools
Every setup is tailored to your workflow and security expectations, so you stay in control of how remote access is used.
Where are you based, and do you support international clients?
We’re based in Switzerland and work with clients worldwide.
Time-zone–friendly hours are available for Europe, the US, and the UK.
What kinds of businesses do you usually work with?
Small companies, freelancers, consultants, and teams using a mix of Apple and Windows devices.
We help them integrate devices, secure systems, streamline workflows, and reduce IT headaches without needing a full-time IT department.
Do you offer recurring support plans?
For Individuals and Families
We don’t offer monthly plans, but you can choose a discounted pre-paid hours package. It gives you flexible, on-demand help whenever you need it, without a subscription.
For Small and Medium Businesses
Yes. We offer monthly support plans that include ongoing assistance, faster response times, scheduled checkups, and optional unattended maintenance. Plans are tailored to your team size and workflow.
What can individuals or families get help with?
Everything from setting up a new Mac or iPhone to solving sync issues, improving privacy, configuring backups, helping seniors, or creating a safer digital environment for kids.
You can also book personal learning sessions if you want to master specific tools.
Can you help with Apple Account (formerly known as Apple ID), iCloud, or Family Sharing issues?
Yes, these are very common problems and easy to fix together.
We handle account cleanup, device linking, shared purchases, child safety settings, and all iCloud sync issues.
Do you also help with smart homes?
Yes. We support HomeKit, Philips Hue, Aqara sensors, and Apple-friendly smart homes — including second-home monitoring setups for temperature, floods, and environmental sensors.
Do you provide security and privacy consultations?
Yes. We offer step-by-step reviews for both businesses and individuals, including:
- Passkeys and 2FA
- Backup systems
- Safe Wi-Fi setups
- Scam prevention
- Device protection
- Secure workflows and data handling
Can you help my team use AI tools safely?
Absolutely. We train teams to use AI responsibly (and productively) with workflows tailored to their roles, like email automation, document drafting, scheduling, customer interactions, and more.
What video platform do you use for sessions?
You can choose Jitsi or Zoom.
Both are privacy-friendly and easy to use and work well across all devices.
How do I pay?
For Individuals and Families
Sessions are booked and paid securely through the online calendar using Stripe.
For Small and Medium Businesses
Payment options are flexible. Depending on your situation, this may include pre-payment via Stripe, monthly invoicing, project-based billing, or consolidated invoices for teams. We’ll confirm the approach that fits your organisation during the initial consultation. Invoices for businesses are available on request.
What if the problem can’t be solved remotely?
Situations that truly require physical intervention are extremely rare. Before each session, we ask for clear details about your setup and the issue you’re facing. With that information, we can almost always confirm in advance whether the problem can be solved remotely.
If you’re a business with an internal IT team, we can coordinate with them directly and provide the Apple-specific expertise they may need.
If something does require hands-on work after all, any unused time from your session is kept as credit for your next call, and we’ll point you toward the most appropriate local or in-house solution.
I’m not very technical. Is your support beginner-friendly?
Completely. Our goal is to make everything simple, clear, and stress-free.
We explain things in plain language, at your pace, and we never rush.
